Someone asked me the other day where I worked, and when I told them that I worked for Paper Plus they could not stop talking about the wonderful experience they had with Customer Service. Apparently they were shipped the wrong order, and when they called Customer Service they were pleasantly surprised with how helpful the agent was. I tried to get the name of our agent, but the person I was speaking with could not rememder the guys' name. Anyhow, just wanted to let everyone know what a wonder
